In this paining there are three heads placed side-by-side in three boxes similar to a triptych. The head in the center is facing forwards where the two heads on either side are in a side-view, facing each other. The center head is painted in black and white with a red background. The heads on the sides are on a black and white background painted in red and gold. There is a double color-scheme inverse relationship in this painting between the center head facing towards the viewer and the two heads facing each other.I used acrylic on dry wall since this medium resembles iconic paintings and lends a feeling of depth and perspective on a, otherwise, flat, appearance.
